These Funfetti Sugar Cookies are so delicious and fluffy. And they use a secret ingredient - Daisy Brand Sour Cream.

Sour cream is really versatile in any recipe, including in baked goods. Adding it to your cookies is a fun way to try something new and different when baking.

Here’s how to make them:
1. Preheat the oven to 350 F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. In a large bowl, beat together 8 tbsp butter and 2 cups sugar until smooth.
3. Add in 4 eggs and 2/3 cup Daisy Brand Sour Cream and beat again until creamy.
4. In a separate bowl, mix 4 cups flour, 1/2 tsp salt, and 1 1/2 tsp baking soda.
5. Pour dry ingredients into wet and mix well to combine. Add rainbow sprinkles and mix.
6. Using your hands, roll dough into balls, about a heaping tablespoon each. Flatten them slightly.
7. Bake in the preheated oven for 12 minutes.

Here’s what you need:
toasted sourdough bread
Galbani Ricotta Cheese
sliced strawberries

Trust me, once you make this Basil Edamame Dip, you’re going to want it on repeat. It takes just a few simple ingredients and only 15 minutes to make. And most importantly, it’s delicious 🙌🏻

Edamame itself is a great way to add soy protein to your diet. In fact, soy protein contains all 9 essential amino acids, making it a complete protein! Try this dip with crackers, veggies or spread on sourdough toast like I did here. You’re going to love it!

And this dip is family friendly too! I made a version without salt and gave it to Dylan with her dinner. I love things that we can both eat!
