PEANUT BUTTER CUP YOGURT POPS 🍫 Simple, refreshing, and so satisfying!
As a dietitian, I’m very vocal about the fact that I have a sweet tooth 🙃 And the best way to satisfy a sweet tooth is to honor it, by eating dessert.
Eating around cravings only backfires. It makes the craving more intense until you inevitably end up eating the food you were craving in the first place. But often, in a mindless, guilt-ridden way.
Instead, allow yourself to enjoy all foods - dessert included. And you when you something simple, refreshing, higher in protein, and nutritious too - these yogurt pops are the thing to make.
