CARAMEL APPLE PIE DIP 🍎 The most delicious way to enjoy apples this fall!

One of the most important parts of intuitive eating is finding satisfaction in food. This means making food delicious, filling, and most importantly, fun. My kids and I all LOVE this easy dip!

To make it, follow the simple directions below. You can find Caramel Dip at the supermarket near the apples!

Bottom layer: Using an electric mixer, beat 8 oz. whipped cream cheese, 2 Tbsp powdered sugar, and 1 tsp vanilla extract on medium until smooth.
Middle layer: Add a container of Marzetti Caramel Dip and spread until smooth over cream cheese layer.
Top layer: Chop 2 medium red apples (honeycrisp or gala work well). Add 1 tsp of coconut oil to pan over medium high heat, add the chopped apples, a sprinkle of cinnamon, and a small squeeze of lemon. Sauté until soft, about 5 minutes. Let cool and add on top of the caramel layer.
Use apple slices and/or graham crackers to dip!
