👋Kids Yoga Teacher Training (ages 4-9) is coming to in October!

🧘‍♀️Do you work with elementary school kids and want to add movement (yoga) and mindfulness to your classes or in your work place? Do you want to learn different breath or meditation tools to give kids ways to self-regulate?

🧘‍♂️Drop off your kids with Amanda and the Kids Yoga team to move, breathe, and most of all, have FUN!!! The class includes movement and mindfulness and helps the kids learn to self regulate

🧘‍♀️All are welcome! You don't need to practice at the studio to bring your kids!

💰Cost is $89 for 7 weeks, or pay $15 per session

🎁Please bring craft, art, or jewelry making kits, Legos, baby dolls, slime, gift cards for Target, Walmart, ulta or sephora, or develee opmental toys to support

to make the holidays a little brighter for our local kids with cancer
