Tomorrow will be my last day at the Newark Valley farmers market. I will be having surgery on the 27th and the 24th is our 40th wedding anniversary and we are going camping.

My strawberry rhubarb jam took 2nd place at the Tioga County Fair. It's the only one I submitted.

With a heavy heart, I will be leaving the Shop's at 607 at the end of June. Due to ongoing issues with my back since my surgery in June 2023. My products will still be in the Gallery 41 in Owego.

Good evening! Heads-up! A friend told me about a pectin for my jams that requires much less sugar. I tested a recipe over the weekend of peach and maple syrup. 8 cups of peaches to 1.5 cups of maple syrup. Turned out amazing. Will be making more utilizing the new pectin and alternative sweeteners.

The Newark Valley farmers market will be returning to the Newark Valley Village Green starting in June. The market will now be on Saturday from 930 to 130. We are looking for more vendors. Just reach out to me as I am the market manager.
