Another earned badge, but I must admit this one took the longest time ever!
I began this program June 2024, but injured my shoulder the last week before completion.
After several weeks of pain, physical therapy and being out of commission to my daily workout routine I had surgery. Soon afterwards, I pushed play to Chop Wood Carry Waterfor the second time, but came short just one workout.
That one workout was based on all primal movements which requires squatting, lunging, hinging (bending at the waist), pushing, pulling, rotating (twisting), and gait (walking and running) and I finished it today! Praise the Lord!🙌🙌
