Today we had the opportunity to be part of something bigger than ourselves — helping feed the hunger in our community.

It’s easy to take a meal for granted, but for many families it’s not always guaranteed. Every small act of kindness, every donated meal, and every volunteer hour makes a real difference.

Center Manager Tre and Sr. Operations Supervisor Hailee had the opportunity to attend the Licking County Chamber of Commerce’s Childcare Forum this week.

It was a fantastic and eye‑opening discussion on how Licking County is actively working to address the growing challenges around childcare accessibility and affordability. Hearing from local leaders, organizations, and community partners really highlighted how essential high‑quality childcare is—not just for families, but for our entire workforce and local economy.

We’re grateful for the chance to stay connected with community efforts and bring that knowledge back to support our team and donors.
