After years of extraordinary leadership and unwavering dedication, we extend our deepest gratitude and warmest congratulations to Dr. Edna Cadmus on her retirement.
As Executive Director of NJCCN, Dr. Cadmus has been a tireless advocate for New Jersey’s nursing workforce, a champion for nursing innovation, and a national thought leader in nursing leadership, education, workforce policy, and well-being. Her vision helped shape NJCCN into a vital force for data-driven advocacy and collaborative change.
From launching pioneering initiatives to mentoring the next generation of nurse leaders, Dr. Cadmus’s impact will continue to resonate across the state and beyond.
Edna, thank you for your compassion, courage, and unwavering commitment to nursing excellence and the well-being of nurses. We wish you joy and continued inspiration in this next chapter. You leave a lasting legacy.
