Rockford Center hosted ChristianaCare ED residents today for a specialized tour of our integrated psychiatric emergency services. Led by our Medical Director, Dr. Gupta, CEO Bill Mason and Director of Business Development, Jarrett Avena, the group explored our crisis stabilization unit, child and adolescent unit, medically monitored detox facility and dual diagnosis treatment center.

The visit focused on our approaches for patients with both acute psychiatric needs and medical complications, a critical area where emergency medicine and psychiatric care intersect. 🤝 Residents observed our rapid assessment protocols and 24/7 psychiatric emergency response capabilities.

Together, we’re advancing integrated care models that ensure seamless transitions between emergency and psychiatric services, ultimately improving patient outcomes and reducing readmission rates. ✨

Our presentation highlighted Rockford Center’s unwavering commitment to safety through innovative new technologies and gender-separated units specifically designed for children and adolescents.

This week we had the pleasure of hosting an Ice Cream Social to show appreciation for our incredible staff! From sprinkles to sundaes, it was a fun and refreshing way to take a break, connect and celebrate all the hard work that goes into making our workplace so special.

On June 12, Rockford Center was busy attending the Army’s 250th birthday celebration in downtown Wilmington, the 2025 NJPN Annual Conference, the 2025 Rural Health Conference and Wilmington Police Department community resource fair. Then on June 14, we celebrated family fun day with our community based partner, the Firm Foundation. A busy weekend filled with great events and people!
