R3THA (Rehabilitation Technologies for Hand and Arm) helps people with stroke by providing personalized, high-intensity rehabilitation exercises for hand and arm function through an engaging exergame platform. Here’s how it supports stroke recovery:

1. Enhancing Neuroplasticity
R3THA uses motion tracking and adaptive learning algorithms to deliver targeted rehabilitation exercises that encourage neuroplasticity aka the brain's ability to reorganize itself by forming new neural connections. This is key for stroke survivors relearning lost motor skills!
