Amazing road trip with my two buddies Thelma and Louise; guess what we all survived the leap of faith over the Grand Canyon! And then on to Martin Guitar Company for a tour of their amazing facility where the make 140,000 guitars&ukuleles each year! And this through 3 hour of Pennsylvania Farmland, with fields of corn and herds of cows, sheep, goats, chickens. Very beautiful and grounding! To top it off, I bought a Martin Ukulele!

Do you have knee issues? Because all parts of the body are so thoroughly interconnected and impact one another, contributions from other parts —sometimes far-ranging—should be considered.
