My life, my choices, my decisions.
You, me, all of us have the capacity to decide.

It is my choice to work and create more beautiful environments for myself, in doing so others can enjoy them to.

Happiness is also a choice as well.

In these choices , I assume responsibility in my life and how I want to react to certain situations. Also it impacts in the way I care for myself and work on keeping my peace.

It does not mean that I will live in a fantasy world, it is about how I choose to live in the world we have. Instead, of being the average I choose to step above and walk my talk. Be coherent. And since the universe is about frequencies and how you tune into them, I decide to pick the best ones and be aware of my choices and decisions to stay tuned in the right frequency.

Today I invite you to do the same.
Is it an easy ride? No at all.
Is it worth it? 100%.

The more of us tuning into higher frequencies/realms/higher states of consciousness, the more we shift the discording energies of the world we live in.

We always hear about the importance of communication (verbal and non-verbal), little do we hear that no matter how much I know about a subject, how prepared I am in it. If my communication language does not come out of love, the effect of my message is either less powerful or it causes zero effect at all in the receiver.

It may sound corny, like, Ana, I am executive, an entrepreneur, not a mother, I am not going to talk with love to my workers or peers.

First of all, let's be clear this type of communication is not a romantic one. It is the way great masters, teachers, leaders (the good ones), philosophers, have communicated.

Also, love language is the universal one, even animals understand it, and a kind reminder, we have work relationships and friends relationships. If we want those to last and create a positive impact in both ours and their lives, let's start to communicate out of love.

Loving communication is about :

- Respect, understanding.
- Active listening.
- Conflict resolution.
- Quality time while you are meeting/having a conversation with someone.
- Honesty.

Remember, take a deep breath -or several ones- if you are angry, sad, or having any other emotions. Wait until you are ready to communicate consciously and with love.

Remember "all we need is Love"

You want a better world, a better community, start with communicating out of love.

Today we plant the seeds for a New Beginning.

Winter reminds us, that a New Life requiers we Die to the one we have.

Candlemas/Imbolc, comes to tell us the Rebirth is coming, we can see the light to our New Self, the one attuned to our true Nature.

Everything this year is invinting us to do so.
I invite You to visualize and feel what you want to achieve this year, see it clearly, as if you were looking back a year from now, and write it down📝.

May your Inner Light Shine Bright, as Bright as you can be.
Be the light to your own path as you share your light with others.

This year remember to:

WINTER ❄️

I used to dread Winter, the cold dark gloomy days, made me feel unsafe. It was painful to think of winter, and I come from the Caribbean, I had the sunny days every day. It took me years to accept winter.

Well, guess what, turns out that I do LOVE winter🩵 ...
Wait, what?!
Yes, I do.

How can this be if I just said I dread it?

I had the same realization, years ago in my early 20's when I realized, I didn't hate period, in fact I loved it. My period helped me to understand how my cycles where connected to nature, Mamma Earth and I where connected. like a Mother to her child... The problem was and still is:

Our, Society! our world does NOT let me live my bleeding in peace. The fast paced world we leave in, didn't and does not let me live my monthly mini-winter in peace!. I had a mayor shift, an awakening after that.

The very same thing has happened to Winter, OUR WORLD, SOCIETY DOES NOT LET ME WINTER IN PEACE! I came to this realization walking in the woods, I don't dread Winter, I dread the this society that made us believe (I never agreed, but..) we need to be productive and active ALL year long, because of the economy and to have better lives 😐 and silly humans believed the Trap, and we have more stress, better lives? 🤔 I love that to your own thinking. Results: We cannot Winter / Menstruate in peace. Like the natural, organic, flow of life demands.

Yes, the joy of Winter has taken away from us. Tte same way they did to Women when they took -among other things- The POWER OF THE MENSTRUAL CYCLE, with this they took away our Magic and the importance to rest and be with ourselves during those important days.
I felt robbed once again!

What is Winter?
Winter is the season to "sleep", Mother Nature is quiet, asleep; it is the time to:

To go to the Darkness, which is simply,
To Go Inside Yourself.
To be in touch with your thoughts, feelings, emotions,
To retreat from "the world", the noise,
To rest,
To evaluate your year,
To repair,
Yo let be,
To be simply SLOW DOWN in order to regenerate for Spring time, for the Rebirth of the year and because we are part of the Earth it is also our rebirth
