Through Yoga, Meditation, and a variety of techniques find strength, hope and happiness to thrive in life and improve all of your relationships especially the one with yourself! It’s learning about impermanence, non harming and love in all we do. Emotions. Emotions are energy in motion. Everything is energy. We are energy. When our energy is low or blocked we aren’t at our best. Learning to understand and work with our emotions /energy is crucial to a joyful life. Support. We all need it. We may be experiencing loss, grief, anxiety, depression, fear, or just daily stresses of life. Support can be found in many ways; talking to a friend or partner, walking in the woods, or learning techniques for care with a group. Yoga for Emotional Support is for you if you wish to thrive in life! Through the practice of Yoga and Meditation participants receive techniques and strategies for managing difficult situations, thoughts and emotions. Each YES class is designed to reduce emotional stress with a message of self care, breathing techniques, restorative and gentle yoga and meditation. The focus is solely on you and your self care. Through the YES classes you will find strength, peace and happiness within yourself and be able to manage difficult times with grace. �
Classes are held in person and on zoom
Monday’s and Wednesdays at 5:30pm (EST)

Our Story

Yoga for Emotional Support is for individuals, regardless of experience, who struggle with difficult life stresses and emotional states. Many people are in need of emotional support over the loss of a loved one, grief, divorce, trauma, anxiety, or any life stresses. Through the practice of Yoga- gentle and restorative, breathing, meditation, music, aromatherapy, acupressure, energy exercises, positive self-talk, mindfulness and more participants learn ways to manage difficult situations and emotions in a supportive community. Each YES class is designed to reduce emotional stress with a message of self care and a physical, mental and spiritual (emotional) practice for all levels. In a YES class the focus is solely on you and your healing. Find strength, peace and happiness within yourself to thrive in life!
