The Cayman Islands has always stood tall when our Caribbean neighbors are in need. Through the dedicated men and women of the HSA Emergency Response Teams, we’ve shown that compassion and solidarity transcend borders.

I’m deeply honored to have twice served as part of this humanitarian mission — first to Anguilla in 2017 after Hurricane Irma, and again to Abaco, Bahamas in 2019 after Dorian.
