Expecting Miracles, LLC offers a wide variety of packages from the most basic viability check of the fetal heart rate while viewing fetal activity in the womb and early gender determination to a slightly longer ultrasound where multiple still pictures and short clips or videos that will be saved and available for purchase to share with loved ones. Whether it's your 1st pregnancy or your 5th, we are delighted that you have chosen us to facilitate the parental bond by providing you with 3D/4D ultrasounds allowing you to see what your baby looks like before he or she is born. We are also the first elective ultrasound center in our area to offer walk-in services.

Some people find their calling in the most unexpected, full-circle ways, and Nevaeh is one of them.

Nevaeh is a Certified Nursing Assistant and phlebotomist, currently studying Diagnostic Medical Sonography at Delaware Technical Community College.

Her passion for patient care started early, beginning at St. George’s Technical High School, where she earned her CNA certification, and continued as she became a phlebotomist during her junior year of high school.

But her connection to Expecting Miracles runs even deeper.

🥹 Years ago, Nevaeh walked through our doors not as part of the team, but as a big sister-in-the-making.

After being an only child for 14 years, she joined her dad and stepmom here to find out the gender of her baby sister.

A birthday wish she had made year after year finally came true, and that moment, filled with emotion, anticipation, and joy, sparked something that stayed with her.

💛 That experience helped shape her dream of becoming a sonographer.

Today, Nevaeh proudly works alongside Adrienne as her assistant, supporting daily operations and helping ensure every family feels comfortable, cared for, and celebrated.

Whether she’s assisting behind the scenes or connecting with clients face-to-face, her warmth, dedication, and attention to detail shine through.

🥳 We’re so grateful to have her as part of our team and even more grateful for the heart she brings into this space.
