After an extraordinary career spanning nearly four decades, we are honored to announce the retirement of Dr. Jeffrey B. Russell, founder of Delaware Institute for Reproductive Medicine (DIRM).

Since establishing DIRM in 1986, Dr. Russell has been a pioneer in the field of reproductive endocrinology and infertility, helping bring more than 7,000 babies into the world and transforming the lives of countless families. His tireless dedication, cutting-edge innovations, and compassionate care have earned him national and international recognition, but most importantly, the deep gratitude of his patients and colleagues alike.

Dr. Russell’s impact reaches far beyond the walls of his clinic. He leaves behind a lasting legacy of scientific excellence, mentorship, and unwavering commitment to the dream of parenthood.

While we will deeply miss Dr. Russell’s daily presence, we are proud to continue his legacy with the exceptional care provided by our current team of physicians: Dr. Emelia Bachman, Dr. George Kovalevsky, and Dr. Adrienne Neithardt. Each brings a wealth of experience, compassion, and commitment to patient-centered care, and they are available for ongoing and new patient referrals.
