These cooling centers offer residents a safe and air-conditioned environment where they can cool down, stay hydrated, and seek refuge from the sweltering temperatures.

It is crucial for individuals to take precautions to protect themselves from heat-related illnesses. Staying hydrated, avoiding strenuous outdoor activities during peak hours, and seeking shelter in cooling centers are essential steps to safeguarding health and well-being during this challenging time.
