❤️ February is American Heart Health Month ❤️

Want a simple (and delicious) way to support your heart? 👉 Eat more berries!
🍓 Blueberries
🫐 Strawberries
🍇 Raspberries
🫐 Blackberries

Berries are packed with antioxidants, fiber, and polyphenols that help:
✔️ Fight inflammation
✔️ Support healthy blood pressure
✔️ Improve cholesterol balance
✔️ Protect blood vessels
✔️ Reduce oxidative stress

Their natural compounds (like anthocyanins that give them their rich color) help keep your arteries flexible and your heart strong.

Add them to your morning smoothie, oatmeal, Greek yogurt, or enjoy a handful as a snack. Small daily habits = big heart benefits. ❤️

This February, show your heart some love… one berry at a time.

❤️ Sleep Your Way to a Healthier Heart ❤️

Sleep isn’t a luxury — it’s heart medicine.

Getting 7–9 hours of quality sleep each night helps:
✔️ Lower blood pressure
✔️ Reduce inflammation
✔️ Balance stress hormones
✔️ Support healthy weight
✔️ Improve blood sugar control

When you shortchange sleep, your heart pays the price.

This week, make sleep part of your heart health routine. Your heart will thank you. 💙

February is American Heart Health Month

Did you know uncontrolled hunger and constant cravings can quietly sabotage your heart health?

When cravings drive overeating — especially sugar and processed carbs — it can lead to:
Weight gain
Blood sugar spikes
Inflammation
Triglycerides

All of which increase stress on your heart.

The key isn’t willpower… it’s balance.

Prioritize protein at every meal

Add healthy fats to stabilize blood sugar

Increase fiber to stay full longer

Hydrate (thirst often feels like hunger)

Get 7–8 hours of sleep

When you control your blood sugar, you control your cravings.

When you control your cravings, you protect your heart.

This month, let’s fuel smarter — not just eat less.

❤️ February is American Heart Health Month — and this is your reminder that heart health is PROACTIVE, not reactive.

Don’t wait for a diagnosis to start taking care of your heart.

Functional medicine looks deeper:
✔️ Advanced lipid testing
✔️ Inflammation markers
✔️ Blood sugar & insulin levels
✔️ Omega-3 to Omega-6 ratio
✔️ Nutrient deficiencies (magnesium, CoQ10, B vitamins)

If you’re not testing… you’re guessing.

A healthy heart isn’t just about cholesterol. It’s about inflammation, metabolism, stress, sleep, nutrition, and lifestyle working together.

This February, make your heart:
❤️ Stronger
❤️ Healthier
❤️ Happier

Be proactive. Take ownership. Invest in your future.

Your heart works 24/7 for you — it’s time to return the favor.

❤️ February Is American Heart Health Month ❤️

If you have heart disease — or risk factors for it — functional blood testing is not optional… it’s essential.

Because 👉 If you’re not testing, you’re guessing.

Most standard labs only scratch the surface.
Functional testing looks deeper at the why behind heart disease.

🔎 We look at:
✔️ Inflammation markers
✔️ Advanced cholesterol markers
✔️ Omega-3 to Omega-6 ratio
✔️ Blood sugar & insulin
✔️ Homocysteine
✔️ Nutrient deficiencies

❤️ Heart disease doesn’t happen overnight.
It develops silently over time.

The good news?
📊 What gets measured gets managed.

This February, take control of your heart health.
Don’t guess. Test.

Your heart deserves data. 💪❤️

❤️ It’s February — American Heart Month! ❤️

Did you know that heart disease is still the #1 killer in America according to the American Heart Association?

One major risk factor?
⚠️ Excess body fat — especially around the belly.
The powerful part?

You don’t need to lose 50 pounds to help your heart.
✨ Losing just 5–10% of your body weight can:
✔️ Lower blood pressure
✔️ Improve cholesterol
✔️ Reduce inflammation
✔️ Improve blood sugar
✔️ Decrease strain on your heart

But please don’t self-sabotage your progress!
🚫 Crash dieting
🚫 Weekend binge cycles
🚫 Emotional eating
🚫 “I’ll start Monday” syndrome

Real heart health comes from consistency — not perfection.
This February, focus on:
🥗 Nourishing your body
🏋️ Building lean muscle
😴 Improving sleep
🧠 Managing stress
🫀 Supporting your heart every single day

Small changes = BIG heart benefits.

Let’s protect your heart for the long run ❤️
