Meet Olga Rios

Life can feel overwhelming. You might find yourself caught in cycles of worry, watching your child struggle with big emotions, or feeling like your family conversations always turn into arguments. When these patterns persist, it's time to seek support.

Olga is a licensed therapist dedicated to helping individuals and families break through what's holding them back and build healthier, more connected relationships.

How Olga Can Help You

Individual Therapy for Adults
Olga specializes in treating anxiety, depression, and trauma using evidence-based approaches. Through EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), she helps clients process difficult memories and reduce their emotional impact. She also works with cognitive patterns, teaching practical strategies to shift the thoughts that fuel distress and create lasting positive change.

Child Therapy
Understanding that children communicate differently from adults, Olga uses play therapy to help young clients express themselves naturally. Through games, creative activities, and structured play, children can work through behavioral challenges and emotional difficulties in a safe and engaging environment.

Family Therapy
Olga guides families toward healthier communication patterns and conflict resolution skills. She creates a neutral space where family members can learn to express their needs, listen effectively, and rebuild connection without falling into old patterns of arguing or withdrawal.

Our Story

When people seek professional consultation, it’s because they are in need of change. They’re dealing with a situation that might cause prolonged distress, confusion, and emotional upset. Perhaps you’ve been in therapy before, and it didn’t help. Maybe you know you need treatment but are afraid to make that first phone call. Depression, anxiety, marital problems, stress, etc., do not go away on their own. It can feel isolating to walk around pretending to be okay when on the inside you're a mess. Take a chance, give us call, and allow us to help you make the changes necessary so you can enjoy your life.
