Polarity is a gentle, relaxing, rejuvenating therapy that moves the body's internal energy. Doing this allows for energy to flow freely, assuring body organs and systems get what they need to function properly and maintain a healthy overall balance. If ones body energy is stagnate or blocked due to internal or external conditions, dis-ease and discomfort can result. This natural , non-invasoive therapy works with the body's natural intelligence, as opposed to medications or other methods that may temporarily mask symptoms without looking to root causes and without treating the body as a whole. The body can have amazing ability to prevent and heal from disease if balance can be achieved and maintained. If we can remain closer to a 'balanced' state, our body, mind and spirit can function in harmony and we can have a better physical, emotional and spiritual health.
