Our Story

Abdollah Malek, MD, is a board-certified plastic surgeon at The Centre for Cosmetic Surgery & Medicine in Lewes and Newark, Delaware. Dr. Malek specializes in minimally invasive facial rejuvenation, body contouring (radiofrequency-assisted and laser-assisted), breast augmentation, and abdominoplasty. He has over three decades of experience practicing plastic and reconstructive surgery. Dr. Malek grew up in Tehran, Iran. After living as an exchange student in Wahpeton, North Dakota, he returned to Iran and graduated from Tehran University School of Medicine. He finished his medical training in general surgery and became a board-certified plastic surgeon soon after. Dr. Malek completed his fellowship in head, neck, reconstructive, and cosmetic surgery at M.D. Anderson Cancer Center in Houston, Texas. In addition to plastic surgery, he and The Centre for Cosmetic Surgery & Medicine team offer treatments using advanced laser, light, and radiofrequency devices, including Cynosure, InMode, and Aerolase technology, to rejuvenate the skin with little to no downtime. Dr. Malek enjoys administering his own injectables, as it gives him time to interact with his patients. He and his team stay up to date with the latest advances in plastic and reconstructive surgery and technological growth. Dr. Malek offers noninvasive and minimally invasive options whenever possible. ZO®, Colorescience®, and EltaMD skincare products are available at his office. Dr. Malek performs numerous procedures on multiple areas of the body to produce harmonious results. He uses his multifaceted skills to his advantage in order to provide a beautiful, natural-looking outcome. Dr. Malek and his team understand that the decision to undergo plastic surgery is a major one, and they enjoy giving patients the bodies they’ve always dreamed of.
