Our DSP of the Month for August is Erik! Erik has been a constant support for his customer, remaining calm and patient when tensions are high. He is a rock! Putting the customer first and meeting the family where they are at consistently.

When asked about being a DSP, Erik said "I enjoy a lot of aspects of working with my customer. I take pride in being a reliable and safe presence in his life, I enjoy connecting with him, I enjoy teaching him new things but mostly I like to see how he sees the world in different situations."

The Lane County Connection Specialists came down to Eugene for a night out with our customers and their families. Join us in congratulating this month's Sunshine Award recipient, Gavin!

Here are some fun facts about him: Gavin has a dog named Doug, who is his best friend and fishing partner. Gavin's favorite ice cream is Rocky Road, and he really enjoys how his DSP taught him to be a better fisherman and how to use a chainsaw to cut wood.
