Hola Amor When you say Hello to Love, You activate the potential to Live a Sacred Life. I created this page to build community and share resources.

We are meant to witness each other and shine bright. I'm grateful for this incredible life. When I said, "Hello, Love" to who I am and allowed love to lead, my life changed forever! I invite you to take a step towards yourself and towards your desire. It is time to give yourself the freedom to explore. When we are willing to examine the conditioning that helped create who we are, then we can free ourselves from the experience. It takes a brave heart and a desire to live in love. Why Attend a Retreat?
In my experience, retreats allow you to disconnect from your daily life. Sometimes we go through the day disconnected, in a repeated pattern that is unconscious, and we often receive nudges to slow down, rest, and reflect. YET, we don’t actually do it.

Attending a Retreat supports the body, mind and spirit. You will be guided and held in loving transformation. You will encouraged to let go and step into newness. All of your guides and angels will create space within for you to truly hear your heart and soul.

And my favorite part of a retreat is the shared experience. The women that will join you will always hold you in the light of possibility. These souls will witness you and you them. There is a bond that can be cultivated into sacred friendships.

Why I do what I do...

I’m filled with the joy of living life with heart and soul. I love my wide range of interests and skills. The bliss of connection and communication continue to inspire me in all that I do. I trust in the Divine to guide my life. I've been listening the nudge of my soul most of my life. It's led me to all parts of the world and directly to my heart. It all hasn't been easy but the struggles have taught me to find the joy, feel the gratitude and allow love to lead.

I continue to offer my service to the world because it’s my greatest joy. I truly enjoy meeting people and supporting them to live their very best life. I see each person as perfect. I do not believe they need to be healed, simply loved and supported. Here's a few of my interests that I've been practicing and trained in: I am a Usui and Karuna Reiki Master and Teacher I am a highly intuitive, heart-centered, believer of love. I believe in miracles and magic while keeping the faith to live in trust. I am a creative, soulful, highly silly woman who is a mix of Divine Cosmic Wisdom and Earthy Grounded Passion. I am an entrepreneur – facilitating groups, hosting workshops, running a private practice. I am an energy-light worker (meaning everything is energy and I work with it to heal) I am a life coach who believes JOY is the key to living an authentic life! I am a consultant specializing in marketing, growth, and breakthroughs. I love alternative methodologies of healing and I’ve learned several. I graduated university in 1995 in Business Marketing and a minor in Japanese. I also work in marketing at high tech multinational companies.
