In this clip, I talk about how caffeine tolerance does not mean caffeine is harmless.

A lot of people say they can drink coffee and still fall asleep, but when you ask about the quality of their sleep, the story often changes. Waking up multiple times during the night, restless sleep, and poor recovery can still be tied to caffeine and other stimulants — even when someone believes it is not affecting them.

This is an important reminder that stimulants like coffee, energy drinks, and even chocolate can disrupt sleep in ways people do not always recognize right away.
