Okay real talk β I would genuinely love to go to bed on time. π
But somehow, every single night, I blink and it's 11pm. The wind-down time is great β a little couch time, a movie, finally shutting everything off β but it disappears FAST.
Here's what my mornings and evenings actually look like:
π Evenings β Couch time, movie, dogs piled on top of me, probably half asleep before the movie ends. π
β° Morning alarm β 6am. Whether I'm ready or not. Then the dogs decide if I actually get those extra few minutes or not. Usually up between 6 and 6:30.
π Out the door β Close to 8am. Clinic starts at 9.
That hour and a half at home in the morning? Non-negotiable. It's my favorite part of the day β quiet, slow, and mine before the clinic takes over.
And if something needs to get done? I will ALWAYS choose getting up early over staying up late. Early mornings are just more productive for me β no contest.
Can anyone else relate to knowing you should go to bed earlierβ¦ and still ending up on the couch at 11pm? π
