Are you a passionate Registered Nurse (RN) who loves teaching, mentoring, and making a positive impact on both staff and residents? J.F. Hawkins Nursing Home is seeking a dedicated Staff Development Coordinator to join our team of caring professionals!

What You’ll Do:

✅ Plan, organize, and direct orientation and ongoing education programs for nursing staff
✅ Ensure compliance with state and federal training requirements
✅ Support staff development to maintain high standards of resident care
✅ Collaborate with department leaders to identify and address training needs
✅ Promote a culture of learning, teamwork, and excellence

What We’re Looking For:

🔹 Registered Nurse (RN) with an active South Carolina license
🔹 Experience in staff development, in-service education, or clinical leadership preferred
🔹 Knowledge of long-term care regulations and best practices
🔹 Strong communication and teaching skills
🔹 Compassion, professionalism, and a passion for resident-centered care
