I've been in business for more than 10 years and have helped many clients recover from injuries, improve muscle tonicity, develop and maintain muscle balance in order for their bodies to function better with less pain. I am experienced in neuromuscular therapy, trigger point therapy, muscle energy techniques and many other related massage modalities. Many people ask if I do deep tissue work. The answer is Yes, but deep tissue doesn't mean painful. It is massage that treats the deeper layers of tissue with slow, firm pressure that may feel uncomfortable at certain points but never painful! My goal is to create maximum healing within the clients level of comfort.
