Not only do we provide aesthetic care, but we also provide medical care for skin issues such as acne, rosacea, skin lesions, warts, skin cancer screening and more. At Déjà Vu we are determined to set the standard for high-quality, professional skincare in the Evansville area. We have four highly-trained Registered Nurses with over 40 years of combined medical aesthetic experience. All medical staff receives continued training and education yearly. Our family of practices — Primary Care Plus+, Evansville Regional Vein Center, and Déjà Vu Skin & Health Center — is looking to add a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to our collaborative healthcare team!

While this position is primarily based within Primary Care Plus+, our practices work closely together under one roof to provide comprehensive, patient-centered care in a supportive and team-oriented environment.

📍 Full-Time or Part-Time
💲 $55–$60/hour
✅ 3+ years of clinical experience required

We are seeking a compassionate, motivated provider who is passionate about patient care and interested in continuing to grow clinically and professionally.
