A certified RYT 200 teacher, life coach, and 40 hours of trauma sensitive yoga training, I began my journey in yoga and meditation 23 years ago. It brought me peace and focus while making my body strong. Yoga gives your body strength and flexibility, fights arthritis, improves digestion, lowers blood pressure and reduces stress.
