When we first try it, itโ€™s normal to feel wobbly (in fact, itโ€™s wonderful!). Every tiny sway is your body learning, your ankles getting stronger, and your mind practicing focus. Standing tall feels great, but the wobbles are where the magic begins. You are strengthening those ankles!โฃ
