Orthopaedic Associates Staff Continuing Our Commitment to Guatemala 💙
This June, Dr. Anthony Czaplicki and a dedicated team from Orthopaedic Associates will travel to Guatemala for our second annual medical mission trip. From June 6 to 13, 2026, they will partner with Faith In Practice to provide life changing orthopaedic surgeries for patients who otherwise have little to no access to specialized care.
Last year, Dr. Douglas Lowery and his team witnessed firsthand the incredible impact this mission can have. Patients who had lived for years with chronic pain and limited mobility were given a renewed opportunity to walk, work, and care for their families. It was a powerful reminder of why we do what we do.
This year, we are honored to continue that work.
In the coming months, you will see fundraising efforts both online and in our offices. Our goal is $15,000 to cover team expenses, including travel, lodging, medical supplies, and other essential costs that make these surgeries possible.
