"I used to believe that success meant doing it all at once." Brandi Thompson, Executive Director at Majestic Care of Newburgh, shared on the premiere episode of Hearts of Excellence that she once worked from 6 AM to 11 PM, thinking she had to carry everything on her shoulders.

What she learned (and what we all need to be reminded of) is that leadership does not require perfection. It’s about prioritizing, taking things one day at a time, and not being afraid to fail. 🌟 The failures are where the real learning happens. And in senior care, those lessons make us stronger leaders, teammates, and people.

Our residents got creative in cooking class by making adorable little “bats” with Reese’s cups and Oreos! A sweet treat with a spooky twist. 🦇🍫

We are so grateful for all they do to make our communities a joyful place to call home!

Our residents had a wonderful visit with our furry friend, Baylee! 🐾💜 At 16 years old (equivalent to 112 in human years) Baylee still brings endless joy, hugs, and kisses wherever she goes. No matter her age, she’s always a favorite companion here at Majestic Care of Newburgh!

We had a wonderful visit from the Evansville Christian High School Choir (ECHS)! 🎶💙 Our residents loved listening to their beautiful singing, and they even joined in singing and prayer. Moments like these bring so much joy and connection to our community!
