As of May 1st, 2020, we started having a limited number of routine appointments available on a weekly basis.

We are still prioritizing our appointments for “essential visits” first. If you have an eye emergency including redness, pain, injury or reduced vision, please contact us via phone 845-561-2970 or email. (info@dinapoliopticians.net)

Please adhere to your scheduled time so that we can limit the number of patients in our optical at a given time. Please make sure you wear a mask to your appointment.

While we have always regularly disinfected our practice to keep our patients safe, please know that we are now taking extra precautions to prevent the spread of COVID-19 by increasing our disinfection processes as well as reducing the number of patients in the office at any given time.

If you are a current patient and need to order contacts, please email or call the office. In order to help keep you safe, we are temporarily offering FREE SHIPPING to your home. (info@dinapoliopticians.net)

If you need to order new glasses or need a pair of broken glasses fixed, you do not need an appointment and can come in during our regular hours.

Over the past few days, there’s been a lot of talk about the COVID-19 and, understandably, people are alarmed. We take our commitment to our patients very seriously and, because of that, we’re acting with caution to reduce potential risk.

We wanted to let you know that we are taking the following measures to keep you safe:

As a healthcare facility, we regularly disinfect our practice to keep you safe. However, recently, we’ve increased our cleaning routine to make sure all surfaces are being frequently disinfected. We are asking all patients to wash their hands, according to CDC guidelines, upon arrival for their appointment.

We’re following the CDC’s recommendations and encouraging patients who may be feeling ill to call our office and reschedule your appointment if you’re exhibiting any respiratory symptoms.

Though we are maintaining our normal business hours, we are continuing to monitor recommendations made by state and local officials and will act accordingly.
