We're excited to announce that Geffrey Richards, Administrator of Technical Services in the Information Technology Department is our November Employee of the Month!
Geffrey (Geff) joined MSLC more than 10 years ago. He began as an intern while enrolled in the IT Program at Orange County Community College. Geff quickly made his mark on the organization, with his colleagues recognizing him for his ability to learn quickly and an overall enthusiasm for his role. In the Spring of 2012, Geff became a full-time employee, working the night shift and several years later in 2019, switched to day shift. His hard work and dedication earned him advancement within the IT department, transitioning into a technical lead role, and then to his current role in the position of Technical Services Administrator.
Geff "is highly regarded across the organization and known for his ability to address complex issues and rapidly find solutions." To know Geff is to know his strong work ethic, expertise and can-do attitude.
