Our family of practices — Primary Care Plus+, Evansville Regional Vein Center, and Déjà Vu Skin & Health Center — is looking to add a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to our collaborative healthcare team!
While this position is primarily based within Primary Care Plus+, our practices work closely together under one roof to provide comprehensive, patient-centered care in a supportive and team-oriented environment.
📍 Full-Time or Part-Time
💲 $55–$60/hour
✅ 3+ years of clinical experience required
We are seeking a compassionate, motivated provider who is passionate about patient care and interested in continuing to grow clinically and professionally.

Experience with procedures is a plus, but not required. Our Medical Director enjoys teaching and providing hands-on guidance to help providers expand their skill set.
