We’re excited to announce our Employee of the Quarter for Q1 2026: Jennifer Zoph! 🎉

Jennifer was nominated by her coworkers, and their words say it all. She is the kind of teammate who steps up without hesitation—whether that means running Endocrine and Andrology solo on a short‑staffed day or offering steady support when others are struggling. Her positive attitude inspires everyone around her.

Her colleagues describe her as someone who always goes above and beyond, leads by example, and brings kindness and a smile to every shift. As a Medical Lab Tech, she understands the importance of every specimen and every patient behind it, and her dedication truly elevates our lab.

We are grateful for everything you do, Jennifer. Congratulations on this well‑deserved recognition! 🌟

“At 23, infertility felt overwhelming and isolating.”

During Infertility Awareness Week, we’re sharing stories from patients navigating infertility at every stage of life.

“Infertility is one of the most complicated and frustrating things to deal with, especially as a 23-year-old with no known health issues. Without Boston IVF at The Women's Hospital and my OB, I don’t believe I would have continued searching for answers.

I’m so thankful for fertility specialists and their determination. Deep down, they are the last hope for a dream that some of us have carried for a long time.”

Every path to parenthood is unique and every story matters.🧡

“After years of loss… our story became one we never imagined—identical twin girls.”

During Infertility Awareness Week, we’re honored to share stories of resilience, heartbreak, and hope from families supported by Boston IVF at The Women's Hospital.

“My now-husband Jacob and I began dating in 2015, shortly after I was diagnosed with PCOS. From the beginning, we knew this journey might not be easy—but it was one we chose together.

After struggling to conceive, we were referred to Dr. Griffin and the Boston IVF team. Three IUIs were unsuccessful, so we moved to IVF in 2022 and were grateful to have 7 embryos.

Our first transfer ended in a missed miscarriage. Our second brought us our daughter Aurora, who we lost at 19 weeks.

After another consultation, we tried again. Our third transfer brought unexpected news—our embryo had split into identical twins. Our double rainbow girls, Guinevere and Brianna, arrived in October 2024—and life has been beautifully chaotic ever since.”

Every path to parenthood is unique and even through loss, hope can lead to something extraordinary. 🧡

“It’s amazing what Dr. Griffin and a little bit of science can do for families who can’t conceive on their own.”

During Infertility Awareness Week, we’re honored to share real stories from families who turned hope into reality with the support of Boston IVF at The Women's Hospital.

“We are the Brakies, and we started seeing Dr. Griffin in 2015 after trying for a baby for over two years. After initial testing brought little to no answers, we decided to pause our journey.

In 2018, I experienced a tubal pregnancy that required emergency surgery. It was then we learned that both of my tubes were completely closed, meaning we wouldn’t be able to get pregnant without help.

In 2021, we began our IVF journey. We were fortunate to have 8 viable embryos.

Our first transfer brought us our son, Alvey, in July 2022. While our second transfer in December 2024 was unsuccessful, our third transfer in May 2025 completed our family with the arrival of our daughter, Bexley, in January 2026.

We are so very thankful for our journey and for the opportunity to bring both of our babies into this world through IVF.”

Every path to parenthood is unique and hope is always worth holding onto! 🧡
