CVS Pharmacy has reached a settlement of $5 billion in connection with a federal investigation into opioid medication prescriptions. As part of this agreement, CVS Pharmacy has been conducting interviews with healthcare providers to demonstrate compliance with the settlement conditions. My office has never been under investigations by any goverment entities regarding this topics see the link below.

Deal would make it the first major pharmacy chain to reach a nationwide settlement over its handling of opioid prescriptions.
