Our clinic will be closed today, Monday May 25th, in observance of Memorial Day as we honor those who served and sacrificed. We will resume normal business hours tomorrow. Have a safe holiday! 🇺🇸

If you noticed we were closed last Friday, it's because we were busy at our biannual SUMMIT!

Twice a year, our entire company comes together for a weekend full of learning, growth, and team building 📈 Here is a highlight of day 1, which included members of our billing departments, patient service specialist team, leadership roles, and clinicians. 🤝

We put a lot of emphasis on personal growth and development at RPI, and one of the best ways to accomplish this is growing TOGETHER!

🤔 Have you tried strengthening but still have pain?
🤔 Do you feel “tight” no matter how much you stretch?
🤔 Do you keep dealing with the same injury over and over?

It might not be a strength issue. It might be motor control! Jessica Sizemore discusses the ins and outs of motor control in our latest blog post! Give it a read ⬇

When people think about physical therapy, they usually think about getting stronger or stretching tight muscles. And sometimes that’s true. But a lot of the time, especially with ongoing pain or recurring injuries, strength isn’t actually the main issue. The real problem is motor control. What i...

🚨 WE'RE HIRING! 🚨

At RPI, we don’t just treat patients—we invest in people, build community, and grow careers. 🤝

We’re not your average PT clinic — we’re a National Practice of the Year provider, and our culture is built around doing things the right way.

What makes RPI different?
✨ True 1-on-1 care (no double booking or overlapping appointments)
📚 Hands-on mentorship (Ongoing coaching, not a one-day shadow)
😄 A team that REALLY enjoys each other
What’s in it for you?
💵 Competitive pay
🩺 Health insurance
📈 401(k)
❤️ Paid community volunteer days

Who we’re looking for:
✔ A licensed PT who puts people first
✔ Someone hungry to grow and improve
✔ A team player who values accountability and development

If you’re ready for more than “just a job” and want a career where you’re supported, challenged, and appreciated — we’d love to meet you.

We hear it all the time: “My pain gets worse when the weather changes.” There’s actually some truth to that—but it’s not the whole story. Understanding WHY it happens is just the beginning. Knowing what to do about it is what REALLY matters. Physical Therapist Sam Moore explains more in our latest blog post!

Check it out ➡️

Do you ever feel like your joints can predict a storm better than the weather app? Have you caught yourself blaming the weather for a flare-up in pain? If so, you are not alone. Still think lifting weights will make you too ‘bulky’? 👀 That myth is holding a lot of women back from getting stronger, healthier, and more confident. The truth might surprise you. Megan Gibson breaks this down on our latest blog post!

Read here:

I remember playing sports in middle school and high school and being afraid to lift weights because I didn’t want to “look manly.” I’d heard over and over again that girls who lifted would lose their figure and start to look like boys. As a physical therapist with a background in exercise sc...
