I am Marsha Mandel, licensed therapist in NY and NJ, and have been using ART in my practice since 2016. Immediately after my first Basic training, I started seeing amazing results. I completed all levles of ART training with the developer, Laney Rosenzweig, have assisted at her trainings, and presented on ART with her. It can seem "Too Good to be True" (Laney's book), because clients who have not gotten relief in decades of talk therapy can release trauma that has been stuck in their body (and amygdala), causing relentless symptoms and vulnerability to being triggered, IN ONE HOUR! Even clients with complex post traumatic stress find relief over a series of ART sessions. It is a mission of mine to share this therapy with as many clinicians as possible!
