If you’ve ever taken class alongside Maureen, you know the light she brings into the room. Her consistency, positivity, and uplifting energy inspire everyone around her. 🌟

And it’s not just our members who love her. George (our studio pup 🐾) would easily tell you she’s one of his absolute favorites. ❤️

For Maureen, The Foundry has been more than just a studio. In her own words: “It’s my community, therapy, workout, and place of spiritual connection, all wrapped into one. I’m so grateful that I made the leap to join 2 years ago. My life has changed for the better in so many ways.”

“We loved the studio in Thousand Oaks, and had a great class with Tara. She gave clear instructions with a relaxed and well paced delivery. The facility itself is beautiful, spacious, and the wellness section is a really deluxe addition. My 5 minute cold plunge was a real treat- an ideal complement to 90 minutes of hot yoga. Staff and owners were welcoming and supportive. Thank you Brandon, Courtney, and Alana! Jen and I are grateful for your kindness, and can’t wait for our next visit.”
