“We loved the studio in Thousand Oaks, and had a great class with Tara. She gave clear instructions with a relaxed and well paced delivery. The facility itself is beautiful, spacious, and the wellness section is a really deluxe addition. My 5 minute cold plunge was a real treat- an ideal complement to 90 minutes of hot yoga. Staff and owners were welcoming and supportive. Thank you Brandon, Courtney, and Alana! Jen and I are grateful for your kindness, and can’t wait for our next visit.”
