Dr. Chen's journey to dental anesthesiology began when he graduated with a degree in Biomedical Engineering from UCLA. He then attended USC Ostrow School of Dentistry and later received his specialization in Dental Anesthesiology from the University of Pittsburgh School of Dental Medicine. Dr. Chen has been published 3 times in several journals including the CDA Journal. He is currently an active professor at USC Ostrow School of Dentistry teaching Dental Anesthesia to students all over the world. Personal Background

Dr. Chen grew up in Taipei, Taiwan. He enjoys spending time with his family in Thousand Oaks, CA and often takes active leadership roles in dental anesthesiology groups and conferences.
