This month, we were thrilled to once again sponsor THRIVE’s “Women In Our Midst” Luncheon Series with keynote speaker Olivia Boger, founder of Runway for Recovery.

We had such an inspirational afternoon listening to Olivia speak about her incredible organization. Unlike most nonprofits focused on breast cancer, Runway is not oriented toward a cure. Instead, it seeks to improve the lives of those who are currently affected by breast cancer by serving as a platform for them to access the resources, knowledge, and support they need. The mission is rooted in the understanding that no one experiences breast cancer alone, and that there are ways to ease the burden of this disease on parents, children, caregivers, and loved ones.
