Sometimes the best way to do things is TOGETHER. No need to call a babysitter. No need to try to fit your appointment in as a chore. Bring your kids to experience the office with you, bring your friends in on your way out to lunch, bring the family after Saturday doughnuts.

I am on a mission to make our space somewhere to be TOGETHER. With extra privacy and seating next to the adjusting tables and a completely updated kiddo area, Clipper Family Chiropractic should feel like a bit of home. I can’t wait to see you there.

Why do I LOVE chiropractic? 🥰

Chiropractic allows your body to do what it does best- heal well, move well, and thrive. When a chiropractor performs an adjustment, the spine increases mobility and realigns- talking pressure off of the spinal cord or nervous system that is the communication between the brain and body. Then and now… 6 years ago today Gunner and I started this humble little business with one table, one tiny office, and a whole lot of love to give. 2. Is there anything cuter than toddler feet in the dirt?

When your body is in direct contact with the earth, you are grounded. The act of “grounding” electrically reconnects you to the earth. When you physically touch the ground without any barrier, electrical charges are transferred from the earth – providing positive effects to your body.

Grounding has been shown to reduce inflammation and pain, decrease heart rate and stress levels, improve sleep, and immune system function.

Life feels so much better when you body is STRONG.

Small group training (4 people max) for a fraction of the personal training price. We want you here getting strong, staying strong, and achieving your goals.

Coach Casey has been leading a steady group in the evenings, and now Dr. Sarah is offering classes Wednesday morning and Friday afternoon! The classes all run for 45 minutes and incorporate a healthy mix of strength training, cardio, accessory muscle work, postural health, and fun! If there is an injury or pain, workouts will be tailored for YOU to help heal and prevent further injuries.

Dr. Sarah and Coach Casey are experts in health and fitness and will keep you safe while achieving your goals. Our space is small, but the results are big!

Currently, we do not require any commitment. Workouts are drop-in style. Try it out! See if you like it. My guess is you probably will! (Discounted class packages available as well)

Dr. Sarah will now be coaching a ClipperFit Class!

Coach Casey has been leading a steady group in the evenings, and now Dr. Sarah is offering a class every Wednesday morning at 8:00am. The classes all run for 45 minutes and incorporate a healthy mix of strength training, cardio, accessory muscle work, postural health, and fun! If there is an injury or pain, workouts will be tailored for YOU to help heal and prevent further injuries.
ClipperFit is for EVERYONE:

All ages and all levels of fitness welcome. Older, younger, pregnant, injured, new to working out, a regular gym rat, looking to strengthen to return to your favorite activities, etc. Dr. Sarah and Coach Casey are experts in health and fitness and will keep you safe while achieving your goals. Our space is small, but the results are big!

Have you worked with Katie Fallon yet!?? She’s our outstanding Athletic Trainer who can do everything from injury evaluation to soft tissue work to personal training and more!

More fitness options coming soon for pregnancy and postpartum ladies!

Not to mention she is a busy mom of 2 girls, is married to my brother (bless her!), and is a teacher at the IC in Newburyport- superwoman!

Update: Life right now is full of chaos and crying, snuggles and sunshine, family bonding and bomb popsicles. I appreciate the time I am spending at home as we adoringly adjust to life with 2 babies 💛💛 just a quick THANK YOU to my patients for supporting my maternity leave. I’ll be seeing you all in August!

Tomorrow (June 3) will be my last day in the office, giving my family and I a little time to await the arrival of our second baby girl. She will be here any day now, as I am 39 weeks pregnant!

Just a reminder that the office will REMAIN OPEN. Katie Fallon, our in-house Athletic Trainer, will be available to cover all of your soft tissue work needs and she is AWESOME! Online scheduling with her is available for as early as this Saturday, June 4!

Don’t forget that we also have Reiki with available through our online scheduling as well. If you haven’t given her energy work sessions a try, you should! Talk about relaxation and rejuvenation 🙌🏻

And if exercise if more your style, join Coach Casey in the office for a bootcamp class! Also available through the online scheduling system.

I highly encourage you to stay engaged with your health, fitness, and overall wellness while I am away for the next 7 weeks. Drink your water, enjoy the summer sunshine, try something new, and take care of your body.
