Life feels so much better when you body is

Dr. Sarah will now be coaching a ClipperFit Class!
Coach Casey has been leading a steady group in the evenings, and now Dr. Sarah is offering a class every Wednesday morning at 8:00am. The classes all run for 45 minutes and incorporate a healthy mix of strength training, cardio, accessory muscle work, postural health, and fun! If there is an injury or pain, workouts will be tailored for YOU to help heal and prevent further injuries.
ClipperFit is for EVERYONE:
All ages and all levels of fitness welcome. Older, younger, pregnant, injured, new to working out, a regular gym rat, looking to strengthen to return to your favorite activities, etc. Dr. Sarah and Coach Casey are experts in health and fitness and will keep you safe while achieving your goals. Our space is small, but the results are big!
Currently, we do not require any commitment. Workouts are drop-in style. Try it out! See if you like it. My guess is you probably will! (Discounted class packages available as well)
