Navigating Adulting: A Therapeutic Group For Young Adults.” It’s specifically for neurodivergent young adults to work on executive functioning, understanding disability/neurodivergence, and navigating the social world. Right now we have two members and we are looking for more. Ideal age range would be 18-23. This group is also gender affirming.

We are opening up a support group to provide a space for survivors to heal.
