From Mindful:

Try the Joy Anchor (60 seconds):

Notice one genuinely good thing right now (the warmth of your coffee, afternoon sunlight, a kind text message, your dog's face).
Say to yourself: "This matters."

Take one slow breath and let that moment fully land.
That's it. Not gratitude journaling. Not forced positivity. Just paying attention to what's already good.

Do this once a day and watch what happens: you start noticing more good things. Not because life changed, but because your attention did.

That's how mindfulness becomes real—not through discipline, but through repeated noticing of what's worth noticing.

Hi everyone! We have 1-2 spots left in this group for folx who are neurodivergent and chronically ill. We have an opening for a financial need slot at no cost to the group member. No questions asked.

The plan is to start tomorrow but we may delay if we need a little more time for members to join. This is going to be a smaller group to keep it feeling safe for people. Please feel free to reach out with questions!
