Over the weekend a very generous lady stopped by and donated several lap quilts that were handmade. Not sure of who it was but the residents wanted to let her know how much they appreciate her kindness. 🥰

Mondell Heights completes renovation project

A multi-year renovation at Mondell Heights in Newcastle has residents at the assisted living facility pleased.
Don and Ruth Taylor purchased the business in January 2022. Nearly two years earlier, in March 2020, the couple opened Cambria Discount Drug, the pharmacy inside Decker’s Market. This followed the closure of the local Shopko and its pharmacy, where Ruth had worked as a pharmacist for many years.

As the "Ber" months quickly approach, keep the residents of Mondell in mind. Every Halloween they look forward to seeing all the trick-o-treaters of Weston County and are hopeful for candy donations to be able to pass out. Thank you all for your support!
