Frozen Shoulder

You may have heard of the term frozen shoulder, or adhesive capsulitis. This is something you want to address right away to minimize the limitations and pain you experience as the process unfolds. PT and OT is proven to reduce the pain and limitations associated with frozen shoulder. See the red area on the picture?
