We are thrilled to welcome Kelly Randermann, Family Nurse Practitioner, to Weston County Health Services! 🎉
Kelly brings with her decades of nursing experience, a passion for rural healthcare, and a heart for helping patients of all ages — from little ones to seniors. She’s excited to call Wyoming home and to be part of our warm, close-knit community. 🏔️💙

📅 Starting October 6th, Kelly will be available to see new patients and walk-ins. Whether you’re looking for preventative care, help managing your health, or simply want a friendly provider who truly cares, Kelly is here for YOU.

A big thank you to the Aging Division, Wyoming Department of Health for sharing information about our In-Home Services!

If you have any questions or would like more information, please call us at 307-746-3553.

Weston County Health Services provides the Wyoming Home Services program within Weston County. They are open Monday through Friday 8 am to 5 pm. They are closed on nights, weekends and holidays.

Some of the Wyoming Home Services that they provide include the following:

Light housekeeping: in general this is cleaning that is done on a weekly or bi-weekly basis such as floors, bathrooms, linen changes, laundry, and dusting for the client.

Personal care: any hands-on care such as bathing, hair and skin care, or non-diabetic nail care.

Shopping: general grocery shopping

Meal preparation

Aide assistance with medical appointments

Respite care: a break from caregiving when the care receiver is unsafe to be left alone.

Lifeline: a personal emergency response system in the home.

Med-timers: battery operated automatic pill dispensers for the home.

🚨 Good News & Important Update! 🚨

On Tuesday, September 23rd, our new CT scanner will be delivered – another exciting milestone in our project! 🎉

To make room for the delivery and installation:
🚧 Parking at the top level behind the facility will be closed from Tuesday morning through Tuesday afternoon.
🅿️ The 4 spots nearest the helipad are reserved for ER patients only.
➡️ Overflow parking is available at the old Wayback Burger lot.

We appreciate your patience and teamwork as we continue moving forward. Thank you for helping us make this improvement possible!

We’re thrilled to announce that we are the proud recipients of a 2025 Wyoming Breast Cancer Initiative grant! We want to extend our heartfelt gratitude to the Wyoming Breast Cancer Initiative (WBCI) for their support of our mission.

Thanks to WBCI, we can continue to improve breast health awareness, early detection, and services in our community. This grant goes a long way in helping us serve more people, increase access, and make a real difference.
