During Madness on Main September 4th, Lunatic's will again be offering $100 for the first bicyclist up hospital hill. Rules are simple, any bicycle so long as it's powered by the rider with using the pedals, no electric, no gas. If at any time your feet touch the ground after the start, you're out.
