Authentic Life Counseling I truly enjoy working with people who seek support for their desired changes, or are on a search for My approach is holistic and client-centered.

I integrate Gestalt Therapy, Mindfulness, trauma informed and strength-based techniques. Therapy will support you by helping you integrate and foster growth in three core ares Mind/Body/Spirit. When was the last time you felt fully present and alive? Are you facing fundamental transitions in your life? Do you feel overwhelmed or disoriented? Are depression, anxiety or stress keeping you from living the life you want? In therapy, the focus is on the following working assumptions:

Knowing that current and past experiences are 'grounded' in our body, I emphasize the strengthening, and re-establishment of a healthy body-mind connection, in order to live a more satisfying and fulfilling life. The way we relate to others and our environment is often the result of our internal experience, be it mental, emotional, or physical. How balanced are these three areas of experience in you? We will explore what both internal and external support looks like for you? By tending to our shared relational experience, I will help you to enhance your capacity to be fully present with another person. Working with me will help you improve and sustain the quality and authenticity of your life.
