Week 11 is all about building balance, control, and strength one side at a time. Unilateral training challenges stability, exposes imbalances, and strengthens your body in a smarter way.

This week focuses on single-arm and single-leg loading to improve coordination, core engagement, and joint stability β€” helping you move more efficiently and reduce injury risk.

We’re targeting hip stability, core control, and total-body balance so your strength feels even, powerful, and connected from left to right.

Week 10 is all about rebuilding strength and connection through your back chain β€” lats, upper back, glutes, and core β€” the engine behind strong pulls, stable shoulders, and powerful posture.

This week focuses on activation-first training, waking up the muscles that support better pulling mechanics, shoulder health, and total-body strength. Less compensation, more control.

We’re targeting lat engagement, upper-back strength, and posterior support to improve how you pull, press, carry, and brace β€” both in the gym and in daily movement.
