Week 42 takes training back to the basics โ focusing on locomotion patterns that drive how we move every day. This program blends MOVEMENT drills, STRENGTH training, and MOBILITY work to refine the way your body walks, crawls, carries, and transitions.
Weโre targeting the hips, core, shoulders, and stabilizers, building coordination and strength for efficient, real-world movement. By training locomotion patterns, youโll enhance agility, balance, and body control โ skills that support everything from sports to daily tasks.
Expect sessions that integrate crawling, carries, loaded walks, and bodyweight flows โ designed to improve posture, stamina, and durability.
