This week focuses on activation-first training, waking up the muscles that support better pulling mechanics, shoulder health, and total-body strength. Less compensation, more control.
Weβre targeting lat engagement, upper-back strength, and posterior support to improve how you pull, press, carry, and brace β both in the gym and in daily movement.
Expect sessions with activation drills, controlled pulls, tempo rows, lat-focused work, carries, and mobility finishers β paired with recovery work to keep joints happy and movement clean.
