Is it time to make your sleep a priority? Studies show that getting consistent and quality sleep is one of the most important things you can do to live longer and better.
Let this year be the year to focus on your sleep.

nodd: Primer is a 2-hour workshop (online and in person) and a gentle first step toward saying yes to rest. We’ll explore sleep not as a problem to solve, but as a relationship to rebuild.

If sleep used to come easily and now feels hard…
If nights feel heavy and days feel foggy…
If you’re tired of rules, pressure, and “doing it right”—

This space is for you.

We’ll touch on how sleep works, release unhelpful sleep rules, and reconnect with what your own sleep needs are to build a better pattern. We’ll close with a deeply restorative yoga nidra.

The DEUCE is an amazing builder of quads, glutes and hamstrings, not to mention balance and focus. Take a few of these cues to help build your fiercest archer.

✨ Front knee bends to about 90 degrees, stacked over your ankle.
✨ Shoulders over your hips
✨ Arms reach long, parallel to the floor, keep your shoulders soft
