Spring Unwinding, a Yin Practice for the Liver & Gallbladder with James Kapicka on Friday, March 27 from 7 - 9 PM. Feel the slow return of movement as winter loosens its grip. This Yin practice invites the body to open from the inside through long-held hip shapes, side bends, and gentle twists that soften the ribs, waist, and deep belly. As breath moves through the shapes, sensation spreads along the Liver and Gallbladder pathways, inviting over-held places to ease. The body begins to feel more fluid, more available, and more responsive to the upward energy of spring. Let the body settle and allow space to open for what is ready to move again.
