Kanza Health Clinic

Kanza Health Clinic is in Newkirk, Oklahoma. It is a tribal clinic run by the Kaw Nation. It is a tribal clinic ran by the Kaw Nation.

Kanza Clinic has been providing health care for Native Americans since 1998. It is operated pursuant to Indian Health Services regulations and policies and is funded through the IHS compact. Our services extend to anyone who is a member of a federally recognized tribe and can provide a copy of their CDIB card. We operate within the Pawnee service unit which encompasses Kay, Pawnee, Osage, Garfield, Grant, Noble, and Payne counties. We provide quality clinical, educational, and wellness programs for the tribal communities that we serve. Our services include primary care, dental, pharmacy, diabetic clinic, women’s health, x-ray, lab, and immunizations. Services are provided by a physician, physician assistant, two nurse practitioners, dentist, and three pharmacists. The clinic operates by appointment only. We reserve acute slots for same-day appointments. These appointments fill up quickly and you must call at 8:00 am on that day. We do not accept walk-in appointments. Our team is committed to the core values of caring, excellence, and respect in an environment of stewardship that recognizes our Native American heritage. IMPORTANT NOTICE: In order to keep your chart active, you must have a primary care visit to the medical clinic at least once every three years.
