Every second counts when it comes to a stroke. Quick action can save lives and reduce long-term damage. Learn the F.A.S.T. acronym and share it with your loved ones:

👉 F – Face drooping: Is one side of the face numb or uneven?
👉 A – Arm or leg weakness: Is one arm or leg weak or numb?
👉 S – Speech difficulty: Is speech slurred or hard to understand?
👉 T – Time to call 911: If you notice any of these signs, even if they go away, call emergency services immediately.

We had a wonderful time at the Annual Health Fair and Fundraiser at Land Harbor Recreation Center! Medi Home Hospice and Medi Home Care were thrilled to participate in this event, supporting the Crossnore Fire Dept. with funds for essential equipment and uniforms. And the BBQ was a hit—delicious food and great company all around!
